Abstract

Petempen and Baterman villages are one of the villages located in Kembangsari Village, Semarang City. As a village located in the center of the city, this village has been targeted by investors so that it is one of the goals to develop investments in the commercial business sector. The limited land caused the construction of hotels and apartments around the village to take up land in the surrounding villages. The impact of this phenomenon triggered the growth of new economic activities in the neighborhoods of Kampung Petempen and Baterman. Changes in land use that occur leads to the growth of small businesses. Both villages are very vulnerable to the impact of development from the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of settling or moving people towards the impact of changes in land use around the village. This research includes descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data collection is done by questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique is done by random sampling. The results of this study are known that the community's permanent perception of 75% wants to survive, 25% of the community wants to move. Sedentary motivation is influenced by strategic location while the motivation to move is influenced by the inconvenience of staying. The development around the village did not affect the development of other investments (development) in Petempen and Baterman villages. The impact caused leads to the development of small business growth in the location of residential settlements.

Abstract

The growth of Surakarta City that occurs continously, causing an increase in the daily activities of its city community. Surakarta city community are urgently need public transportation service both facilities and infrastructure, to support the increasing daily activities. Surakarta City government creates the Surakarta City Government's Mass Public Transport Facility Improvement Program (SAUM) which aims to reduce the number of private vehicle use in Surakarta City and divert the interest of the public to use Batik Solo Trans (BST). BST procurement as the main public transportation facility in Surakarta are the sub program that include in the SAUM. The steps that will be taken by the city government started by planning the construction of six BST corridors and the gradual replacement of existing public transport to BST. The public transportation that will be replaced are city bus and city transportation (angkot). The problem in the planning is the unbalanced needs of the community for convenient, fast, integrated and inexpensive transportation with the existing public transportation facilities. This causes a reduction in public interest in using public transport. It also causes other problems to arise, namely more and more people who choose to use private vehicles to support their daily activities. Based on the plan of the Surakarta City Government and the situation in the field, the formulation of the problem was formulated with a research question "How big is the preference of the Surakarta City community in using public transportation?".             The purpose of the study is to find out how much the preference of the Surakarta City community in using public transportation. The results of the study can be used as a reference by the City Government in evaluating the SAUM improvement program. The research method used is quantitative research methods. Data collection methods used are primary data questionnaires, secondary data survey agencies. The analytical method used is AHP analysis and descriptive analysis.

Abstract

Welahan Village is one of the village in Jepara District which has dominating industrial activities. Where people in the area doing industrial activities (home industry) by producing processed goods from rattan. However, the existence of these small rattan industries has not been massively packaged, which still seems to stand alone - without good planning and management. So, it is necessary to develop a rattan industrial area in Welahan Village, Jepara Regency. So that, later it can develop rattan industry activities and increase economic growth in this area. The purpose of this study is to determine the direction of development of rattan industrial areas in Welahan Village, Jepara Regency, by conducting non-physical analysis (activity and user analysis, space needs analysis, spatial relationship analysis, space organization) and zoning analysis. The results of this research are zoning of the rattan industrial area in Welahan Village, which consists of sports zones, service zones, processing zones, supporting zones, trade zones and services, supporting zones and green open space zones.

Abstract

Slum areas are found in some coastal areas, one of them in Semarang, Desa Tanjung Mas, Tambak Lorok. Semarang city slum ± 415.83 Ha set out in the Decree of Mayor of Semarang No.050 / 801/2014. On the other hand the government will develop a marine tourism village in its territory. In the development of marine tourism village there is one of the criteria that must be fulfilled is a clean environment, beautiful, and adequate facilities and infrastructure. The method used in this research is quantitative. The analysis shows that Tambak Lorok has got slum repair program. Despite getting the arrangement program, until now Tambak Lorok still slum because many aspects that have not been handled. The condition of the settlement is still unfit and unhealthy. Given the government's plan for a marine tourism village development program in Tambak Lorok, the existence of settlements is currently not ready to support the plan. The settlement of Tambak Lorok, which is the destination of marine tourism, still needs improvement from various aspects, such as residential, road, drainage, garbage, sanitation, drinking water, and also trade facilities. With the improvements in these aspects, Tambak Lorok will have improved the quality of settlements to support the marine tourism village.

Abstract

Boyolali Regency is located on a strategic path, so that it can affect changes in activities around it. Agricultural land is vulnerable to being converted into built-up land. To be able to maintain agricultural land, it is necessary to direct the incentives for agricultural land. The direction of giving incentives is a reference for the government to provide incentives to agricultural landowners who maintain it. This is aimed at maintaining agricultural land from land conversion. When this is successful, food crop production will be maintained. So that it will create domestic food security. To achieve these results The method used in the preparation of the referral study of incentives for sustainable food agricultural land is to use descriptive analysis using a map to find out the distribution of land. Providing incentives on agricultural land in accordance with the land typology. Typology 1 receives the highest incentives while typology 4 receives the lowest incentives. Distribution of food cropland is quite evenly distributed, dominated by  typology 1 covering 9541.13 hectares (71.15%), followed by typology 2 covering 2230,005 hectares (16.62%), typology 3 covering 893.202 hectares (6, 66%), and typology 4 covers 746,022 hectares (5.57%). The provision of incentives is expected to maintain agricultural land to maintain food crop production in Boyolali District.
